WOPR

Today I was inspired by an 80s movie that I had recently watched and decided, wouldn’t it be cool if I could have a screen saver of that end sequence. With Claude, I thought why not give it a shot.

This screen saver is inspired by the WOPR (War Operation Plan Response) computer that would simulate virtual nuclear wars in the 80s classic WarGames. Because surely, someone will win in the era of the Cold War when the rockets start flying right? Luckily calmer heads prevailed and we’re all here to tell about it and our experience hiding under our desks in fallout drills during elementary.
