There has been a lot reported about the Bush administration’s missing email issue. The main details are this. A 1993 court decision stated that emails fell under the Presidential Records Act which requires the president to preserve documents related to the performance of his official duties. Seems pretty reasonable that the White House should keep a record of every email that is sent.
The Clinton Administration answered this decision by adding an archiving system to their Lotus Notes email system.

Messenger for Mac 7 is now available!.
Now, for most people, you’ll probably bitch that basic functionality like AV chat for home accounts is not available on the new version of Mac Messenger. The main issue, as I understand it, is that the M$ Live service needs to go through a series of improvements to catch up with the communication services offered on the corporate product offerings.
A corporate logo is not something to take lightly. Companies spend thousands of dollars with marketing groups doing research, endless revisions to come up with just the right logo.
Apparently, someone at the Office of Government Commerce in England forgot to turn the logo on its side.
Too funny.
